ClearExit Timeshare Relief provides an online platform that connects timeshare owners seeking to exit their timeshare contracts with licensed attorneys, legal service providers, and timeshare exit companies ("Service Providers"). We are a lead generation and referral service. We do not directly provide legal advice, legal representation, or timeshare cancellation services.
By submitting your information through our Site, you are requesting to be connected with one or more Service Providers who may be able to assist you with your timeshare situation. The actual timeshare exit services will be provided by the Service Provider(s), not by ClearExit.
3. Consent to Be Contacted
Express Written Consent:
By submitting a form on this Site, you provide your prior express written consent to receive telephone calls (including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded messages, and/or artificial voice), text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from ClearExit Timeshare Relief, its affiliates, partners, agents, and authorized Service Providers at the telephone number(s) and/or email address(es) you provided, regarding timeshare exit services and related offerings.
You understand and agree that:

7. User Responsibilities

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ClearExit Timeshare Relief regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
